Ask 3 questions to thrive as a creator!

November 23, 2023

Without a defined brand identity, thriving as a creator is impossible. Here are 3 questions you need to ask to thrive as a creator:

Question 1:

Can you articulate your values? If yes, what are they? You need to figure out what makes you unique. Identify your core values. For me, it’s:

→ My faith in truth

→ My high vibe energy

→ My authenticity and creativity

→ My ability to network and build a community

These are the values that make me unique. My belief in not doing unique but doing it uniquely makes me unique.

Question 2:

What skills do you excel in? You discover the skills you excel in when you are curious and serious about self-discovery. The journey of self-discovery begins with curiosity. Sometimes you need to figure out what you’re good at and sometimes you have to be good at work that’s worth doing.

I started shaping my entire life because of my curiosity. I used to give try to any work that used to excite me. I worked in a shoe shop. I helped my friends to establish their small business. I joined social organizations so that I could be good at being social. I isolated myself for years so that I could find what I’m good at and master it for so long time.

I was not a poet, I kept scribbling and I became a poet.

I was not a writer, I kept trying and I became a writer.

I was not a solopreneur, My fire to attract freedom kept me going.

I was not prepared to be an entrepreneur, I had an idea and found the right people to guide me.

I kept experimenting with things and I kept discovering myself.

Question 3:

What work brings you joy?

I achieved many things in life because of obsessions.

I completed them because I wanted them badly.

I published my debut poetry book because I had the obsession to be a published author.

I started finding my love in writing.

That’s why I was so obsessed with it.

Because you become obsessed with work that you love.

And most people can’t find what they love.

Or they can’t do what they love.

Once you start doing what you love, your chances to grow are limitless.

That’s the birthplace of massive achievements.

By thoughtfully considering these questions and crafting a brand that reflects authenticity, purpose, and resonance, creators can position themselves for success in a competitive and dynamic creative landscape. Ultimately, a defined brand identity not only distinguishes creators from the crowd but also serves as the cornerstone for sustained growth, audience engagement, and the realization of their creative aspirations.
